La Casa Azul
Over the weekend my coworker and I headed to Coyoacan to see La Casa Azul, also known as the Frida Kahlo Museum, also her house. It was the first time we have had to wait in line for a museum and it was a little crowded, but definitely worth checking out.
Luckily they let us in for the student price, but you had to pay more if you wanted to take pictures... so we didn´t. I do have this one picture of me standing in the garden: see, its a really blue house.
It was really cool to see the paintings (some unfinished) and sketches that Frida did, as well as the photos of her and Diego Rivera and her studio left mostly unaltered.
